PROJECT MANAGEMENT & TRADE COORDINATION
Beyond design, we act as your project manager to oversee the entire build or renovation process. We liaise with contractors, builders, and trades to ensure work is completed to design specifications, on schedule, and with quality control at every stage.
Sourcing & Procurement

Sourcing & Procurement Fee – 10% of total furniture, fixtures & décor purchases.
Covers ordering, coordinating deliveries and troubleshooting.

Step One
Consult and Concept
initial meeting. Understand project and objective, go through site. We go through entire project with client.
Step Four
Procurment
If you also choose us for Project Management - ordering. coordination with trades, delivery scheduling
Step Seven
Styling and Warm up
On-site styling, clean, finish snag list, final payments due.
Step Two
Design Development
We send over an invoice for our design fee, This includes layout design, floor plans, material selection, mood boards, sourcing, placement and estimates for work. Confirm budget
Step Five
The Build
For project management we do a 12% of the total project fee. We then work with builders, trades and any questions on build.
Step Three
Approval
Approval from client and finalize design. Make revisions based on client choices and send over final design packet.
